This project named the “The Atrium” is approximately 162,000 sq ft of office space built around a central open air atrium.  The atrium provides tenants and their guests a nice on site, outdoor casual meeting area.  The building’s tenants are mostly technology companies and a wide variety of small businesses in the Pacific Business Center which offers executive office and virtual office accommodations.


  • The project is located at the Highway 101/Highway 92 junction which provides an ease of access for employees and clients coming from the North Bay, East Bay or the South Bay.
  • The building is within walking distance, though a bit of a long walk at approximately 1.2 miles, from the Hayward Park Caltrain Station.
  • There is a shuttle (San Mateo-Norfolk Shuttle) that runs from the Hayward Park Caltrain Station to the building for train commuters who don’t want to make the walk.
  • Although the project is conveniently located at the Highway 101/92 junction the surrounding area within walking distance of the project is not as desirable as the Bridgpointe Office Parks on the border of San Mateo/Foster City.  To the South of the project there is the Waters Technology Park and residential neighborhoods.  A short walk to the North leads you under the Highway 92 overpass and into the Parkside Shopping Plaza.  Besides the Parkside Shopping Plaza and the Fish Market all other restaurants and retail are not within walking distance.
